Free Full Hot Breakfast included with your room! Tax in Chelan is the regular 8% plus 3% bed tax.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made 72 hours prior to authorized check-in with no penalty. After 1600 hours (4 P.M.) three days before check-in if you have not cancelled and received a unique cancellation number from our office, then you will be charged the full price for your first night stay. The reason for your charge is that we will have turned away other requests for your room and have much less chance to rent it.

All rooms for Memorial Day require a $200 cash deposit or $210 credit card deposit ($200 returned with $10 kept for credit card processing fee). The deposit is returned if the hotel rules are complied with. A separate contract for each room defines the deposit requirements.

When specifically authorized by management, excess occupants will be charged $10 per person per night.

We offer only two discounts. People over 80 years old receive a 10% discount. Return patrons with a valid Letter of Appreciation will receive a 10% discount as well. Letters of Appreciation are issued to patrons of four or more consecutive nights.
